My Marketing Plan

1. Pricing

Pricing your home strategically and competitively within the current market conditions is very important, and I can help you with that. This often involves doing a thorough walk-through with you. Sometimes I’ll offer recommendations for staging or small renovations that will improve value.

2. Listing

Having a complete and comprehensive listing for your home helps to improve transparency and buyer confidence. I will write this for you and take professional photos to enhance the listing.

3. Logistics

It’s always exciting when the sign goes up! I will post your “For Sale” signage with the RE/MAX branding along with directional signage where necessary. I will also install a lockbox to allow other agents easy access for viewings.

4. Promotion

The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is the first place I’ll post your listing, but I never stop there. I utilize social media networks, other online listing sites, and word of mouth to ensure maximum exposure.

5. Networking

By listing with me, you’ll tap into my database of active buyers who are looking for homes like yours. I also regularly liaise with other agents to see if they have interested buyers. And you can rest easy knowing I’ll follow up with agents after viewings so you don't have to.
